Trauma: Working for prolonged period in tertiary centers like SKMC, Cleveland Clinic, Burjeel Hospital and University Hospitals gave me the confident and experience to deal professionally and safely with pediatric and Adult trauma from simple to complex range including using all kinds of internal fixation, nailing, external fixation, hemiarthroplasty, and percutaneous nailing.

Elective Surgeries: My interest is the surgeries for the upper limb and sports, including arthroscopic procedures of shoulder, elbow, wrist, and knee, in addition to arthroplasty limited and full arthrodesis, open surgery for tendon transfer and reconstruction and correction of deformities including shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand.

Sports Injuries: Being participating actively with a lot of sports activities as part of the medical team including:
* Football clubs in Abu Dhabi
* formula one races
* Water sports activities with Abu Dhabi international Marine sports club
*. World Clubs Cup Abu Dhabi
* Special need sports activities
These gave me the experience to deal with sports injuries including trauma and soft tissue injuries and experience in using the ultrasound for diagnosis and treatment in addition to the using of biologic substance like PRP, and understanding the personality of sports champions from psychological and physical aspects and the need for special accelerated rehabilitation. -
Teaching Experience: I participated in the teaching activities of the institute I have worked with including:

*. Clinical and practical education for medical students.
* Surgical teaching for my fellows and residents. -
Participating In: Organizing more than orthopedic meeting and symposium, running professor visiting program and faculty in many courses including Cadaveric courses.
Ultrasound Skills
- I currently use ultrasound on daily basis for diagnostic of cases like rotator cuff tear, calcific tendinitis, subacromial bursitis, and biceps tenosynovitis.
- I use the ultrasound to give ultrasound guided injection.
- I use the ultrasound for minimal invasive procedure like ultrasound guided carpal tunnel release and ultrasound guided trigger finger release.
Leadership Enrollment
I always believe that every human deserves high quality of healthcare, so I have considered myself leadership to improve healthcare service and quality in the places I worked including involving in quality task forces like VTA, leadership committee, department and hospital meetings, and multidisciplinary approach to deal with complex issues from clinical or managerial point of view and I have been awarded many times in the leadership. The one which I am proud of is the GCC Healthcare Leadership Awards 2019, in addition to being a leader in patient education materials and tools especially for Arabic speaking patients as I have produced more than 100 teaching videos available for patients according to their needs.
I have established the Shoulder and Upper Limb Unit in Burjeel Hospital in 2015 which was the first unit specialized in dealing with upper Limb surgical and conservative treatment in addition to specialized Physiotherapy attached to it and present I am working on expanding that to our next facility in Burjeel Al Reem Day Care Center.

Legal Experience
I have been active member of the Independent clinical review committee, Dept. of Health UAE to review complications and complaints in addition to consultant for evaluation of disability for post injury cases and working closely with few lawyers to evaluate the case scientifically according to evidence based medicine.
Scientific Activities
Master degree thesis has been presented under the name of DDH. A few papers havs been presented in the orthopaedic journals however most of my scientific work presented as lectures, presentation and workshops. Sample of these has been attached. Involved actively in M and M meetings, round table with radiologists, trauma meetings, and involved in audit activities in the Dept.
